I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Apex team. I own a 30-horse boarding stable. At the end of April 2025, our farm suffered major storm damage. This project was a big one and he made sure everything went smoothly. I will use Apex again in the future—we already have plans for a roof on another house yet this year.

Ok, I was getting disappointed with my first roofing contractor; he was not responding to me. So, since the neighborhood was full of contractors working on other houses (big hail damage area), I decided to stop at a site and ask questions of the crew. I stopped at Apex because I saw they did a great job on my neighbor's big house—done in a day and all cleaned up. So, as I was questioning the Apex crew, a truck pulled up and asked how he could help. His name was Garret, and I told him about my experience with other roofing companies. He asked where I live and said, 'Let's go take a look at your house,' and we did. Within 30 minutes, he gave me an estimate and said they could do the roof next week. I jumped on that and I'm glad I did. The roof was on in that week and done in one day, all cleaned up. Nice, nice. So now Garret and Brad asked about the siding. Twelve pieces were damaged, but they told me that color was discontinued, and they fought for me on replacing all siding. Well, so push came to shove (insurance and Apex), so they settled on replacing all siding and I received a very good settlement from insurance to replace all siding. I really appreciate Garret and Brad fighting for my siding to be totally replaced; no other roofing company even knew about mismatched siding or they never bothered asking! All work was done in one day—roofing one day—siding one day—gutter downspout in one day. Very nice job, I may add, and I only paid about 25% of the total cost—75% paid by insurance. All in all, I’m very satisfied with Garret and Brad always staying on top of things, and I should add the working crews were excellent—the crew gave each other high fives after the roof was completed (meaning good job done) and worked well together. So, it’s obvious I would recommend Apex to others. Tony Packard, happy customer!!!!

We had an excellent experience with Brad and Garrett after the hail storm. They really stepped in dealing with our insurance company, making it so much easier. Our roof was done quickly, including gutters, within two days. The cleanup was excellent as well. Our siding and window wraps look excellent as well. No one wants storm damage, but the service from both of them was outstanding! It’s nice to see it all done. They made suggestions, but ones we appreciated so much. I look around town and see so many people still having work done and feel very fortunate they were the ones we chose to do ours. They also were able to get the siding repairs done even though it was older; as soon as it came in, it was delivered and started within the week and finished.

Genuinely 5-star service. A huge, devastating hail storm destroyed two sides of my garage and home siding, as well as both roofs. I am a new homeowner and wasn't familiar at all with the process for insurance and contracting. Since the entire small town needed service, I also had difficulty finding a contractor who was available.
Brandon at APEX came right to the door instead of just dropping a flyer—which I'd gotten tons of, but none from people who could get underway quickly. Brandon walked me through the process thoroughly. We got everything scheduled promptly; after my insurance got back to me, the repairs were scheduled easily.
We then encountered issues—the siding I'd had was no longer made, and my insurance didn't get back to me right away about the fact the entire house and garage needed to be done. But APEX made the adjustment without headache. Brandon helped me understand my options, and I was able to choose an amazing new color (and a premium option to boot at no additional cost) to replace the previous drab old color. He also found ways to save me money on my deductible. Even when it turned out some pieces of wood on the garage roof where the new gutters would be attached needed to be replaced, he went above and beyond and helped me replace them quickly.
After all was said and done, I had to do very little to get it all complete. Brand new roofing, siding, gutters, and downspouts for my home and garage, with minimal headache and saving money on top of it. I'm extremely pleased with how it looks, and it gave me huge value.

Joe’s done multiple projects for me over the years, all of which he has gotten our insurance company to pay more than what was originally stated. However, on this one, he went above and beyond. He went to bat with the insurance company over discontinued siding and outdated decks. I ended up with a full exterior makeover—siding, roof, and new decks—all approved and done right. And the final cost to me was minimal compared to what I would’ve had to pay out of pocket.

A storm with at least 2 1/2 inch diameter hail occurred in our neighborhood. The hail damaged our roof, gutters, and broke pieces of our siding all around the house.
